One day, a regular employee at the factory came up with the brilliant idea to simply put an electric fan at the end of the assembly line, which would blow↵
Boxes that were full would be too heavy and would not be affected by the fan.↵
Thanks to his idea, the company was able to completely solve the problem at a low cost.
